At Devoe Smith Free Healthcare Clinic, we are dedicated to providing quality healthcare services to individuals and families in our community who are uninsured or have high deductibles preventing them from accessing care. We believe in creating a legacy of care, integrity and compassion shown in the life of Devoe Smith, who always demonstrated a generous and compassionate spirit for others. Our team is committed to providing the highest level of care and ensuring our patients receive the best possible treatment.

Acute Care/ Health Clinic
At the Free Clinic, we offer comprehensive health care services, including sick visits, basic medical evaluations, preventive care, and screenings. We prioritize accessibility and affordability, so all our services are offered free of charge. As we grow, our hope is to expand our offerings to include more family practice services, such as vaccinations, well-woman exams, and chronic disease management.
ABOUT US
At DSFHC, we are committed to providing quality free healthcare services to those in need in rural areas. Our Nurse Practitioner volunteer works in the rural community of Garden City, MO, where many are uninsured or underinsured. We strive to provide expanded services as fundraising is implemented.
At DSFHC, we understand that access to healthcare is a right, not a privilege. We are dedicated to providing our community with the medical care they need, free of charge. We are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.
The clinic is currently able to process Missouri Medicaid, Medicare, Aetna, and United Healthcare insurance options to bill insurance to help fund the clinic, and still at no charge to the patient! We are in process for BCBS, Cigna and Tri-care.
